As the company enters a new AI-driven phase, it is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to support its rapidly expanding Data & AI and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data & AI leadership to understand their strategic vision, anticipate hiring needs, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality technical candidates, building strong pipelines for critical roles. Provide competitor insights and hiring benchmarks to guide recruitment efforts.
- Recruit for essential technical positions including Backend and Mobile Engineers, Data Scientists, and other key roles supporting Careem’s technology infrastructure across markets such as UAE, Pakistan, Egypt, and Jordan.
- Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Set clear expectations, maintain timely and transparent communication, and oversee all stages of the hiring process from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and managing offers.
- Utilize data and market intelligence to keep stakeholders informed with regular updates. Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and talent trends to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting within Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics domains.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments such as startups, scale-ups, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer management, with hands-on experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building trust, providing constructive feedback, and driving results.
- A proactive, creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguous situations and is motivated by contributing to large-scale organizational growth.
