To support this vision, Careem is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage, and hire world-class technical talent, especially for its rapidly expanding Data & AI and Engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strategic talent pipelines, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to shaping teams that will redefine mobility and technology across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Be a trusted partner: Work closely with Engineering and Data & AI leadership to understand their strategic vision, anticipate hiring needs, and co-create talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.

- Demonstrate sourcing excellence: Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality technical candidates. Provide competitor intelligence and hiring benchmarks to guide recruitment decisions.

- Recruit across critical roles: Manage end-to-end recruitment for essential technical positions such as Backend and Mobile Engineers, Data Scientists, and other key roles across markets including UAE, Pakistan, Egypt, and Jordan.

- Shape the candidate journey: Deliver a seamless and positive experience for candidates by setting clear expectations, maintaining timely and transparent communication, and managing the full hiring process from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and offer management.

- Stay agile and data-driven: Share insights, market trends, and regular progress updates with stakeholders. Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and talent landscape shifts to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting within Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics domains.

- Proven success working in fast-paced environments such as startups, scale-ups, or high-growth technology companies.

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, provide constructive feedback, and deliver impactful results.

- A proactive and creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguous situations and is motivated by building high-performing teams.
