This year is set to be no different. With a growing client base and a strong emphasis on advertising strategies to hit the talent shortage, we are expanding our team and have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant wanting to do something different than "a regular admin role".
We are breaking down the traditional "recruitment agency" model by being a fresh, dynamic, female-led and entrepreneurial business. We have offices in NZ and Australia and want to add to our team in our Pakistan office.
About the role
This role is as dynamic as they come. Part admin, part customer service, part creative, your daily tasks could range from preparing client proofs with the utmost attention to detail, to carefully creating briefs for social media adverts, to handling client emails and media suppliers with a high level of customer service.
An important part of the role is checking our clients’ advertisements are going to deliver, so having the ability to review copy, and suggest ideas to clients for how to improve their advertising, but don't worry, we'll train you on this. This role truly is what you make of it - if you're ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, we are confident that you will love everything the position has to offer.
If you have previous experience in administration, recruitment advertising, customer service or sales, we would love to hear from you. Naturally, you're someone who craves connection and loves building relationships with people. You're also a go-getter - KPI's and deadlines do not phase you - in fact, if anything it motivates you. To round it all off, you're just someone who is ready to jump into a new and exciting position and hit the ground running.
