Salary: 35000 To 50000
Transport Allowance: 200 Per Day
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
- Listen actively and attentively to customer requests, questions, and concerns to provide accurate and helpful responses.
- Handle calls professionally by employing effective call handling techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using company systems.
- Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and procedures to communicate information efficiently during calls.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments to facilitate timely resolution.
- Adhere to company guidelines and call center protocols to maintain consistency and quality in all communications.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Participate in training sessions and performance evaluations to continually improve skills and service delivery.
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
