Sales / Marketing Executive

Taloo Builders & Developers is inviting applications from ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented professionals for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive for our premium commercial project, Omega Mall Airport.

Key Responsibilities:-

.Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell commercial shops and investment opportunities.
Identify potential clients and investors through networking, referrals, and online outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct professional client meetings, property tours, and deal negotiations.
Maintain a complete understanding of project details, pricing, payment plans, and market positioning.
Actively market the project on digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media channels.
Participate in property expos, marketing events, and client engagement activities.
Provide management with regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3years of experience in real estate sales,
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confident, well-presented, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of social media marketing and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Details:-

Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM*

Salary: 70k to 100k + commission on sales
