- Forecast demand of products and make order accordingly.
- Communicate with suppliers and make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when deadline is tight.
- Attend meeting with the supplier to stay up to date on the company objective.
- Control Warehouse stock & fill Upcountry stock demand from warehouse.
- Organizes and maintains warehouse inventory yard areas for efficient storage and handling.
- Conducts weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored suggested re-order listing.
- Completes all necessary paperwork for stock items issued.
- Report any stock issues to management and place product re-orders as necessary.
- Confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, quality, etc.
- Maintains labeling system on each stock item.

- Make shipment to all outlets from warehouse as necessary.
- Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
