• To assist and facilitate overall functions of Human Resource Department.
  • To develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • To assist in Designing and implementation of HR strategies and policies that are well aligned with the mission of the organization.
  • To coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff, and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises to the line manager about Human Resources issues.
  • To assist and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire Riphah.
  • To ensure organizational development including institution development, HR planning and advocacy.
  • To develop and supervise performance management.
  • Organizational behavior including the Organization culture, employee/ group behavior and to ensure they comply with the policies and procedures of the Riphah.

Specific Tasks

  • Hiring and firing of mostly call center agents on routine basis
  • Will be responsible for accounts
  • Will be responsible for administration of office
