· Monitoring & guiding general staff including Admin Officer in all the administrative activities that helps & facilitate in the smooth running of office / business. Also organizing the office and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; and maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs etc.
· Maintenance and proper functioning of Record Room.
· Implementation of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, and procedures as agreed and assigned by management.
· Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work and recording office assets
· Monitoring of timely receipt of & Payments of all bills.
· Maintenance of transport at Head Office.
· Booking of accommodation/transport for directors.
· Arranging air tickets, visa and passports for the directors.
· Registration of all company cars and their annual renewal.
· Coordination and upkeep of Director Residence, maintenance of personal record (club memberships, license, passport) of directors, updating and renewal.
