1. Interact with all levels of management and able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes
  2. Maintain inventory of business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with various Operations department teams
  3. Identify opportunities to improve work processes enhance work processes, enhance quality of service and productivity, and communicate opportunities to operations department leadership
  4. Develop and monitor scorecard and other tools to measure success of process improvement initiatives
  5. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support operations processes
  6. Support the development of service and operating agreements
  7. Stay abreast of leading practices for business process documentation and execution
  8. Foster a process based culture by performing the following organizational processes: communication,  customer relationship management, performance management, performance measurement, knowledge management and people development
  9. Use knowledge and understanding of process improvement approaches to train and/or facilitate working sessions regarding business processes
  10. Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement
  11. Lead the analyses of IRC operations, business processes, and organizational structures using business process reengineering and improvement (BPR/BPI)  methods and tools
  12. Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives.
  13. Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams.
  14. Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders and officers on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes
  15. Conduct quarterly meetings for setting / reviewing / revising KPIs and KRAs of the direct reportees. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions (as & whenever required).
  16. Perform performance evaluations of immediate staff on quarterly basis within the assigned time frame
  17. Ensure proper training of the staff wherever & whenever needed through performance appraisal, coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.
  18. Succession planning: develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates.
  19. Do final selection interview of staff needed to be hired in BPR Department of company within due times
  20. Any other task related to BPR / ERP assigned by management time to time.
