1. Assist to develop the organization’s yearly audit plan
  2. Handle audit assignments review all paperwork and audit reports prepared by audit team
  3. Review the reports that were prepared by audit team
  4. Initiate different project planning and assess risks and provide better controls to cover the risks
  5. Develop audit direction for the rest of the audit team in the organization
  6. Provide leadership to other auditors on various assigned tasks and ensure satisfactory outcome
  7. Perform different audit tasks which include preparation paperwork and other associated reports
  8. Help to verify the exactness of different financial situations as they relate to liabilities assests expenditures receipts and other transactions
  9. Take part in the coordination of audit assignments and ensure good interactions with the administrators, staff, external auditors and law enforcement agencies
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of policies by providing short and long term planning
  11. Recommend different methods that could help to enhance and improve control procedures
  12. Work with the management to resolve issues that may have been identified through audit findings
  13. Conduct follow-up on all the different audit assignments given by the management
  14. Make a research on the latest trends and other issues relating to the industry
  15. Guild and advice the team in the organization to ensure that the development and process adopted are legal, and work to achieve a wide range of organizational goals
  16. Ensure proper documentation of the results of the audit evaluations
  17. Plan and allocate resources and staff in accordance with their skills and schedules
  18. Responsible to perform raw material and finished goods warehouse audit on quarterly basis through the subordinates, prepare audit report and directly submit to executive director and copies to CEO & HR Department
  19. Responsible to perform monthly cash audit directly by checking the cash account on monthly basis and submit report to Executive Director and copy to CEO
  20. Responsible to perform pre-audit activities by verifying retail vouchers retail vouchers through the team before entering the data into software
  21. Responsible to handle software of accounts with respect to entering of the data in software after performing all verifications of vouchers
  22. Responsible for pre-verification of all expenses from budget i-e utility bills, rents, other than routine purchases and GRNs and put his signatures. Note: without the signatures of In-Charge Internal Audit the cash / Cheques related to above mention will not be issued to anyone
  23. Monthly verification of payroll sheet once it is made by accounts before the issuance of salaries
  24. Ensure compliance for External Audits & arrange periodic external audits of the company
  25. Conduct quarterly meetings for setting/reviewing / revising KPIs and KRAs of the direct reportees. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions (as & when required
  26. Perform performance evaluations of immediate staff on a quarterly basis within the assigned time frame.
  27. Ensure proper training of the staff wherever & whenever needed through performance appraisal, coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions
  28. Succession Planning: develop a successor of himself as well as the successors of his immediate subordinates.
  29. Do final selection interview of staff needed to be hired in internal audit of company within duty times
  30. Any other task related to internal audit assigned by senior time to time
  31. 06 month Probation period
