• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Daily Attendance (takes print out and confirm the reasons for absent employees from the reception) & maintain file for daily attendance report.
  • 5. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Maintain personal file of all employees (H/O).
  • Managing Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Collecting data of candidates from different job portal sites and converting it into comprehensive excel sheet.
  • Preparing interview time schedules and getting it approved by admin and concerned HOD.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Update Applicant database
  • Coordinate with travel agencies for scheduling itineraries & trips.
  • Monitor the Grace minutes of the employees and informing them
  • Monitor the late coming of the employees and informing them.
  • Uploading daily attendance logs.
  • Completing the daily tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager HR.
  •  Shortlisting candidates and conducting initial telephonic interviews and collecting remarks on excel sheet.
  • Sending interview intimation text messages and email to shortlisted candidates.
  • Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge and from Standard Operating Procedures for better execution of the departmental duties.
  • Maintaining office culture.
  • Updating existing JD on quarterly basis / making new JD as per requirement with the coordination of relevant department Head.
  • Process final Settlement of resigned employee
  • Conduct Exit Interview and signing other required documents from departing employee

NOTE:

 Must have degree in the relevant field e.g: BBA, Bachelors in Human Resource Management from a reputable institute.
