We are looking for a SEO Manager to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid + social search campaigns to ensure their success. You don't need to be concerned with executing the posts, since we've got a team of experts working on social and paid media. All you have to do is provide them with data if they request it, and review each post that will be published across our various channels.
We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.
SEO Manager responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
- Make sure that all SEO content meets the appropriate technical standards by establishing clear guidelines and thoroughly proofreading it.
- Create SEO-friendly content for social media posts that a designer can use to craft compelling visuals.
- We need to ensure that SEOdebate.com is equipped with top-notch, educational content regarding Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This will allow users to learn about the fundamentals of SEO and discover how it can help their own websites succeed.
- Collaborate with the development team to finish SEOdebate.com, and watch as its success skyrockets!
- To ensure success, create a content plan for your content team and double-check that their SEO-related content is free from technical errors.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as SEO Manager or lead role in SEO
- Knowledge of standard and current best SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, Ahref, Semrush) and web analytics tools (e.g. GA, GTM, GSC)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
