RESTAURANT MANAGER required to lead the team of an authentic Pakistani restaurant in a popular upscale location in SouthEast Asia.
Key responsibilities will include efficient restaurant operations, maintaining legal, financial and administrative records, directing all floor operations to high customer service standards, and managing efficient utilization of resources to deliver consistent quality of food.
You will need to have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and 5+ years’ experience in the retail F&B industry
- Experience of setting up, implementing and monitoring systems and control
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Expert use of MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Planning
- Strong leadership skills
- College Degree from a reputable College either in Pakistan or overseas
