The duties of the Admin / Accounting Data Entry position are as follow:
Basic Bookeeping, Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Completing VAT returns, Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
Perform all tasks associated with front office Administration: filing, handling applicants and their issues, answering office phone, petty cash handling and reconciliation, and other necessary office functions for smooth operations
Personal Tax Returns
Must be able to work with strict deadlines
Other Adhoc Work
Must have experience of using excel and must have common sense.
