Accounts Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled, and highly motivated Accounts Manager who is capable of independently managing accounting functions, ERP implementations, and tax-related matters for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and ERP systems, and must be able to lead assignments at the client’s premises when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and customize accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree etc) for clients from various industries Prepare complete sets of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations for filing of tax returns
Supervise bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and chart of accounts setup for clients
Manage tax-related compliance including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax filings
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial projections, feasibility reports, and business plans
Provide expert consultation on tax planning and represent clients before tax authorities if required
Conduct internal audits, financial reviews, and health checks for client businesses
Visit client offices for setup, troubleshooting, and implementation support as required
Guide and mentor junior accounting staff within the firm
Coordinate with legal and audit teams for comprehensive client service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

CA Finalist / CA Inter
CMA Qualified or MS Finance (from a recognized institution)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and ERP/financial systems
Proven experience of ERP/software setup and implementation for SMEs
Excellent understanding of Pakistan’s tax laws, FBR processes, and compliance mechanisms
Hands-on proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under minimal supervision
Prior exposure to tax practice or tax firm will be a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: PKR 130,000 – 170,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
