Account and Finance Intern

Tax Hisaab is seeking a motivated Account and Finance Intern to join its dynamic finance team at the office located in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. .Responsibilities

Assist with the accurate recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports to ensure timely and precise financial reporting.
Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain clear and organized financial records in compliance with company policies.
Help with budget preparation and analysis, providing insights to support effective financial planning.
Use accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to update and maintain financial data and ensure records are current.
Collaborate with the finance team to review invoices, verify expense reports, and reconcile accounts.
Apply sound financial principles to assist in auditing processes and compliance checks under supervision.
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding account status, payment schedules, and discrepancies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency within the finance department.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and uphold data integrity at all times.
Participate in learning opportunities to stay up-to-date with emerging accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
Respond to routine financial queries and support various ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
