• Online E-filing of clients monthly and yearly returns. (Hands On training will be provided for a month)

  • Typing and preparing the word documents in Ms Office as per the instructions for the tax department.

  • Preparing Reports on Ms Excel of clients Sales purchase and Withholding statements and related reporting work.

  • Attend telephone calls of Clients and respond to them as per instructions.

  • Data feeding on our Accounting software.

  • Outdoor visits to tax offices to submit the documents related correspondence.

  • Outdoor visits to clients to submit the documents or related correspondence.

  • Outdoor work for preparing the photocopies and making binders and folders of clients for tax offices.

  • Outdoor Bank works

  • Supervise office admin tasks like ensuring all the office stationery is present, All Electronics  Devices/Gadgets working properly and sending/visiting for repair or maintenance if required.

  • Maintain Office Petty Cash.
