Job Description

  • Candidate must be able to write and speak Urdu, English, and some local languages fluently.
  • The candidate must have excellent organizational coordination skills.
  • She should have professional capabilities in writing business emails and have polite and professional phone calling etiquettes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordination with our clients by calling them through phone/WhatsApp/e-mails and reminding them regarding filing Income Tax Returns.
  • Keeping records of clients and updating.
  • Coordination with the senior officers of our Karachi Office and to assign various tasks to junior staff members.
  • Managing all the correspondence, schedules, day to day business activities.
  • Taking meeting notes, carrying out general office tasks.
  • She may (rarely) be required to travel/work long hours
  • A candidate with accounting skills would be preferred.
