Managing all Taxation matters including but not limited to:
- Work on basic and main tax structure, tax planning, and taxation risk evaluation of Company.
- Cooperate and guide to HQ tax team on local taxation laws.
- Management and implementation of changes in tax laws after Finace Bill and guidance to Finance team.
- POS integration with FBR for retail sales (Flagship Store) and related taxation matters.
- Cooperation, working and providing data to external auditors on tax matters.
- Monthly Federal and Provincial Sales Tax Returns.
- Quarterly and Annual Withholding Statements.
- Annual Income Tax return.
- Managing Income & Sales Tax Audit cases initiated by tax authorities, cooperation with local and international tax consultants and lawyers of Company.
- Income and Sales Tax appeal matters in courts, related data preparation, and cooperation with consultants.
- Taking Tax Exemption for income tax on imports & Supplies.
- Manage all Provincial & Excise Taxation matters.
- Income and Sales Tax refund matters.
- Day to day taxation matters including vendor’s and dealer’s withholding taxes.
