The Senior Sales Order Specialist is a responsible for processing and managing the company's Sales Orders and conducting Sales Data Analysis. This position requires high organizational skills, time management, communication skills, and data analysis skills to ensure order accuracy, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and provide strategic sales data insights. The Senior Sales Order Specialist will work with multiple departments and teams to coordinate the order process, resolve order-related issues, and provide data support to the Supply Chain Head.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and process sales orders to ensure orders are entered into the system without errors and delivered to customers on time.
  2. Follow up the progress of orders, coordinate communication with internal teams (such as sales, warehousing and logistics) and customers to ensure that orders are processed and delivered as required.
  3. Ensure accuracy and compliance during order processing, such as price, quantity, preferential discounts, payment terms, etc.
  4. Process order change requests and order cancelations, update order information in a timely manner, and coordinate with relevant teams.
  5. Resolve order-related issues and disputes, communicate and negotiate effectively with customers and internal teams to achieve problem resolution and increase customer satisfaction.
  6. Collect, analyze and report data and metrics related to order processing, provide improvement suggestions and process optimization measures.
  7. Conduct sales data analysis, including statistics and reports on order trends, product sales ratios, sales completion, etc.
  8. Identify potential opportunities and trends in sales data and provide strategic recommendations to support decision making and performance improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain sales data reports and dashboards to monitor and evaluate sales performance in real time.
  10. .Ensure order process is in compliance with company policies and procedures, complying with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of work experience in order processing and customer service, experience in senior sales order specialist or sales data analyst or related positions is preferred.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.
  4. Skilled use of order management system and office automation tools, such as SAP system, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
  5. Familiar with the order process and related regulatory and compliance requirements.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve order-related challenges and disputes.
  7. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and attention to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders.
  8. A data-driven decision-making mindset with the ability to extract insights from sales data.
  9. Possess the ability of statistical analysis and data modeling, and be able to use appropriate methods and techniques to solve problems in sales data analysis.
  10. Familiar with sales process and sales performance metrics, able to align sales data with performance evaluation and goals.
  11. Ability to work as a team and cross-functionally, working closely with the sales team, warehousing logistics team and management.
  12. Familiarity with sales data analysis tools and technologies is preferred, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tablaue, data visualization tools, etc.
