1. Coordinate the daily operation and physical safety management of the warehouse, such as material purchase, sales, stock in, material preparation, verification and inventory.
2. Supervise the operation of the warehouse system, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the system operation, and ensure the consistency between the account and the actual situation.
3. Be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and improving the core indexes of warehouse, such as shortage rate, inventory accuracy rate, good product turnover rate and sluggish.
4. Be responsible for the maintenance and update of warehouse related process documents, operation specifications, forms, etc.
5. Be responsible for personnel organization planning, team building, management and training of team personnel in the jurisdiction.
Key Capabilities:
1. Be familiar with daily warehouse goods loading and unloading, system operation and other specifications, and be able to effectively guide the team to operate according to the specifications to ensure that on time delivery rate and inventory accuracy rate can meet the target.
2. Proficient in calculation logic of safety stock and material distribution, analyze online Po and arrange distribution in time, reduce the shortage rate and customer phone swap.
3. Be able to effectively organize the verification of materials returned from outstations, follow up and solve abnormal cases,arrange and send the necessary defective materials to HK in time.
4. Be familiar with the warehouse CSM operation, can find out and correct the operation errors from staff in time, also put these operation errors into the staff training material.
5. Have a keen problem finding ability, be able to identify the problems in the daily operation process of the warehouse, master the response process in various abnormal situations and take appropriate actions, effectively analyze the operation of the warehouse, and output clear reports.
6. Have a good sense of service and communication and coordination ability, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with the reception group, technical group and other related department.
7. Have strong team management ability, be able to carry out reasonable division of work tasks and schedule spot check, lead the team to complete organizational tasks, and ensure team members have high performance output.
Knowledge Requirement:
1. Material and warehouse management knowledge (including counting, material supply chain management, material forecast / application, verification, bad material management, BOM, 5S, etc.)
2. Working principle and basic maintenance knowledge.
3. Service policies for all competitive brands.
4. Relevant knowledge of standardized construction of process system.
5. Familiar with word / ppt / Excel and other office software operations.
