Job will require flexibility in working as there will be short term and long term tasks that will change often depending on the company requirements at the time. Due to the nature of the role it will be important that tasks can be simultaneously worked on throughout a working week.
Working with the marketing team you dil be responsible for assisting in the design, promotion and creatation of marketing media- brochures, leaflets, images and videos etc. This will include the use of design software currently used by the company.
Running social media pages; currently the company uses Facebook, Twitter,Instagram and soon LinkedIn.This will include all post event set ups,adding and communicating with customers
Organising events you will be responsible for liaising with institutions and clinets that the company is running with events with- to include communicating with event hosts,posting promotional media to relevant social media sites and websites,being available during events,and after event communication and tasks.
Managing tutor city and university representative,laissc closely with management to create a substantial training matrix for reps and tutor in the area
Create training documents of city reps,uni reps and tutors
Organise monhly webinars and similar to course constant in flow of tutors month by month as per company targets
Report on tutor effectiveness monthly to ensure efficient and satisfactory service is Being provided both of tutors and customers.
