We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Teacher/Trainer to join our institute and deliver courses in DIT, CIT, English Language, and Graphic Designing. The ideal candidate will confidently conduct professional lectures, prepare students for practical applications, and equip them with essential skills to support their career growth. This role requires fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment where students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach DIT, CIT, English Language, and Graphic Designing courses effectively.
- Prepare and deliver interactive, practical lessons that actively engage students.
- Develop assignments, quizzes, and practice materials to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Guide students through hands-on computer training sessions to build practical skills.
- Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools relevant to the subjects taught.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in DIT, CIT, English Language, and Graphic Designing.
- Excellent communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with essential software tools such as MS Office, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Canva, and similar applications.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to the success and development of students.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
