We are looking for a well-spoken and highly motivatedย ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ (Male/Female), who has enormous phone skills and will be able to close deals with ease.
Responsibilities
- Finding potential customers for sales through hot and cold calling, lead research, and networking.
- Offering real estate projects to potential investors.
- Recommending specific projects based on the specific needs and desires of the customers.
- Educate prospects about the project, explain their features and benefits, and how to buy or invest in it when necessary.
- Communicate with potential investors via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
- Establish positive relationships with existing and potential customers and ensure a high level of customers satisfaction.

- Must have confidence and good communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales.
