We are looking for a well-spoken and highly motivated Sales Executive (Male/Female), who has enormous phone skills and will be able to close deals with ease.
Responsibilities
- Finding potential custoers for sale through hot and cold calling, lead research and networking.
- Offering the real estate projects to the potential investors.
- Recommending specific projects based on the specific needs and desires of the customers.
- Educate prospects about the project, explain their features and benefits and how to buy or invest in it when necessary.
- Communicate with potential investors via eail, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
- Establish positive relationships with existing and potential customers and ensure a high level of customers satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have confidence and good communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Fast learner and sales enthusiast.
- Networking and socializing skills.
- Implement innovative ideas according to the relevant customers/investors.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a high pressure environment.
