We are looking for an Experienced individual (Male) who is willing to work in the area of Marketing and Sales Development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Should be familiar with or has been part of Real Estate marketing & sales activities.
- Generate new ideas and business opportunities to increase sales to meet and exceed revenue goals (Attract New clients)
- Organize and coordinate agenda discussions for the weekly Sales team meetings and other team events.
- Support the Sales team in the development of proposals, taking sponsorships and daily reports in line with high-quality standards.
- Takes the responsibility to initiate, plan, and implement all necessary activities, in a timely manner with the collaboration of the sales team in charge, to ensure that program goals and objectives are accomplished by the sales team.
- Liaison with Sales team to enhance their working & motivational level
- Keep proper follow-up of whichever campaign launched.
- Extending support in Campaign development and activities for sales by sharing experience
- Liaison with Head of Sales to maximize the benefits for the institute
- Candidate must have 2-4 years experience as a Team Lead role.
