We are looking for a Property Investment Consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions.
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Meeting with Clients (In-door and Out-door)
- Site visit with Clients
- Presentation to Clients
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold leads calling, hot leads calling, and presentations.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- We will provide you proper training on daily basis.
- Progress always involves risk. You can’t steal 2nd base and keep your foot on 1st.
Responsibilities:
- The majority includes discovering and tracking new sales prospects,
- Negotiating deals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,
- List down the major duties and responsibilities that you expect from a sales executive to perform clearly and concisely.
