We are hiring for a Telesales Representative
- Either professionally or non-professionally everyone had been a sales representative at some time in their life. Team 11 is looking for an assertive sales representative to generate customer leads and meet surpass sales goals.
- The major duty to accomplish sales is by telemarketing medium.
- The candidate will be handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- In order to get enrolled in this position, you need to possess a deep understanding of sales and excellent communication skills. We require sales representatives for our campaign in our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate more sales leads
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services using solid arguments to potential customers.
- Reach out to customers in all possible ways to generate leads.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments of the organization.
- Keep track of all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep them updating with information regularly.
- Maintain a well-developed and beneficial pipeline of prospects
- Prove to be a valuable and helpful resource in all that your dealing with customers and ensure a friendly reputation in the company.
- Proving oneself leads to plenty of promotional and beneficial opportunities.
- Attend comprehensive product and sales-oriented training sessions provided by company experts.
- Requirements: Experience in the relevant telesales marketing field.
- Minimum education bachelor or more related degree in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in verbal, listening, and communicating skills.
- Able to understand customer needs and provide them with correct data.
- Good Date Entry, follow up as well as multi-tasking abilities, is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and dialing phone calls.
- Provides complete and proper information to customers regarding products or services we offered.
- Obtain and update data about call reports and sales details necessarily.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide the solution accordingly.
- Able to work easily in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Timings: 10:30 AM TO 6:30 PM
- it’s a full-time office-based job.
