We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Business Automation to join our Islamabad office. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth by leading both sales and pre-sales efforts while managing customer relationships across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective sales strategies, managing requests for quotations (RFQs), bills of quantities (BOQs), and commercial proposals. Additionally, they will oversee the successful delivery of integrated Business Automation solutions, including Access Control Systems (ACS), Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), and Visitor Management Systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee sales and pre-sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare, review, and manage RFQs, BOQs, and commercial proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and expand business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integrated Business Automation solutions such as ACS, HRMS, and Visitor Management Systems.
- Maintain strong partnerships by coordinating closely with principals and vendors.
- Identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors and actively pursue them.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, supply chain, IT, and project management to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Engage continuously with customers to understand their evolving business automation needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Business Automation sales, pre-sales, or solution selling.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and delivering sophisticated automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
