• Manage e-commerce order processing for local online stores.
  • Accurately process customer quotes and sales orders.
  • Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize product return ratio.
  • Plan and track the shipment of  products according to customer requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting operational problems, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Interact routinely (telephone and email) with Customers, CSR team, Couriers service provider and Warehouse/Inventory to provide efficient operation support.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance and take improvement steps to minimize return ratio.
  • Maintain and update record order returns, order delivered and customer correspondence.
  • Update Sales sheet on daily basis.
  • Must have good command on MS- Excel.

Candidates who have experience of working in local online e-commerce stores or in courier companies would be preferred.
