  1. Must know the current projects in real estate Industry 
  2. Managing Sales 
  3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  5. Building relationship with customers and investors
  6. Ensuring sales targets
  7. Handling multiple project tasks
  8. Taking care of brand's marketing activities as well as sales
  9. Willing to take on challenges of sales with honesty and credibility
  10. Candidate should be smart and active.
  11. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  12. Individuals who are excellent in communicating skills, telemarketing skills, target oriented person, strong interpersonal skills and selling skills with relevant job experienced should be preferred.
