- A strong knowledge and understanding of policy and practice relating to development sector and an ability to apply this knowledge analytically and practically in a consulting context.
- Experience and knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring and control and evaluation activities.
- Ability to innovate and create project proposals, prepare bid documents and finalize contracts.
- Thorough knowledge of donor rules and regulations.
- Working knowledge of grant management.
