Purpose:
We are looking for a qualified Digital Content Producer to join the NIC marketing team. Your work will primarily revolve around producing and formatting pristine video and photo content for the company. The second part of your job will include regularly updating the company’s digital platforms including social media channels, e-newsletters, blog, and others.
You are friendly with cameras and can compile and record pristine video and picture content of goings-on at the NIC, this will include but is not limited to, curriculum sessions, events, visits, daily stories. You are comfortable interacting with people and getting the best shot out of every moment. You are a pro with photo and video manipulation software such as the Adobe Suite and will prepare graphics, animations, and other designs from raw content.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Shoot pristine video and picture content of goings-on at the NIC, this will include but is not limited to, curriculum sessions, events, visits, daily stories. Comfortable with DSLR and related equipment.
- Make designs for all digital assets such as social media, website, podcasts, etc.
- Designing digital media campaigns according to business goals. ensuring that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends
- Collect testimonials and soundbites from relevant stakeholders.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Seamless use of Adobe software for video and picture editing
- Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
