To carry out HR Operations as HR generalist as per the functional and administrative guidelines received from Corporate Human Resources.
Recruitment: Conduct Complete Recruitment process (Sourcing of candidates, short listing with line managers, conducting interviews & Selection and induction) in coordination with HR Plan and conduct orientation of new joiners/transferred employees in branches. Timely submission of monthly recruitment report to Corporate HR. Coordination to generate the employee numbers Handling Management Trainees/Internship programs in branches. Ensure complete pre and post joining documentation as per TWP regulations Maintain databank for various positions at all level.
Performance Appraisals: To carry out the appraisal process that is disbursement of forms, coordination with Branch Managers and Regional Managers to complete the process and forward the information to Corporate HR
HRIS: Coordinates implementation/ maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Attendance & Leave management and salary calculation through software system
Compensation and Benefits: To provide timely information to Corporate HR regarding any recommendations for promotions/transfers Preparation and communication of notices.
Employee Engagement: establishing and maintain effective win – win working relationships with employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation. Coordinates employee recognition programs and events
Trainings: Provide and ensure employees are being trained as per the training plan defined for each of the employee at all level. Maintain training records in accordance with standard operating procedures for report generation
Others: Timely submission of headcount reports to Director HR, Coordination of Employee engagement activities including birthday celebrations Documentation of HR data for HR Dashboard Grievances Handling/ Employee
Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Responsible for managing day to day Operations employee relations, compensation and progression issues for Operations.
