Answer basic questions about the company for caller who don’t need to be transferred to another extension.

Transfer information to company employees who aren't available to take calls or who are out of the office.

Responsible for accurate transcription of caller’s name, contact information & reasons for calling.

Their customer service skills should be top-notch because they interact with both employees & external business contacts.

Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

Schedule appointments maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
