Tecaudex is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and shape our brands presence across multiple social media platforms. This role requires a creative and proactive individual who will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. As the Social Media Manager, you will manage a team of three, driving content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling to elevate our digital footprint and foster meaningful connections with our followers.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in social media management, including at least one year in a leadership or ownership role. A strong camera presence and compelling storytelling skills are essential for effectively producing video content and representing the brand on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. You are well-versed in current content trends, audience behavior, and video creation techniques, comfortable working on camera, and committed to building a vibrant and engaged online community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of three social media professionals to ensure high-quality content production and campaign execution.
- Create and oversee engaging, original content including videos, images, and written posts tailored to each platforms unique style and audience.
- Maintain a strong on-camera presence by scripting, filming, and editing video content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Analyze platform-specific content trends and audience behavior to optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly to enhance customer relations and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future content and campaigns.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance social media strategies.
- Ensure all social media activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
