This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and reports directly to the Manager - Business Operations based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description
The role of Coordinator - Business Operations entails supporting the various business and administrative requirements of the Business Operations Support team at TechAccess, including order administration and logistics related activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Logistics & Order Management, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Order submission/follow up with Vendors/Suppliers.
- Keep Partners posted on their order status/Deliveries.
- Deal with multiple Suppliers
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarder/Service providers
- Closely coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain stock/inventory records
- Regularly update the internal ERP system with Logistics & Order Management information
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Well versed in procurement & logistics of IT products, with 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Incoterms and Insurance handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are Must
- Able to multitask and be flexible to business requirements
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Can handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good Customer Service skills
- Expertise in Distribution Business Model shall be considered added value
