Job Description

Tech Aid Services is looking for exceptional Technical Support Analysts to support US based clients. Analysts will solve technical problems with remote support software.

Tech Aid Services is seeking ambitious Technical Support Analysts to join our Support Team. This team is responsible for interacting with our customers predominantly in the UK or US through the phone by providing them with any necessary technical support through remote assistance. All applicants must possess fluency in spoken English and an American/British or Polished Neutral accent.

Skills and abilities:

- Good with computers and Laptops

- Must speak and understand English fluently 

-  Preferibly good with Software and Hardware

- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

- Computer Engineer OR Microsoft Certified OR Computer Software/Hardware Certification.

- Exceptional verbal English communications skills.

-Ability to work flexible US Hours between (8pm-4am) in Karachi.

-Computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
