Job Description

  • Understanding of PPRA rules & regulations in participating public tenders
  • Understanding of Imports, customs, & logistics processes & incoterms for bid preparation
  • Understanding of Federal & Provincial taxation laws for GST, SST, VAT etc.
  • Coordination with customers & accounts management in enterprise sector.
  • Attending pre-bid meetings, technical & financial openings & bid preparation.
  • Preparing contact list & get insight of customer chain of commands and influencers.
  • Understand customer procurement cycle, budgeting & payment process flow
  • Liaison with inhouse team & stakeholders in timely submission of customer requirement.

On job requirement:

  • Must be confident to deliver corporate presentations
  • Must have own transport (Bike/Car)
  • Willing to travel inland & offshore
