TechLine is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to plan the organization’s financial strategy and perform financial activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. An ideal Accounts & Finance Manager must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations.
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic management of the accounting and finance function
- Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- To compile quarterly and annual financial statements; ensuring compliance with the law and company’s policies.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
- Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
- Drive the company’s financial planning, recommending improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information.
- Managing or overseeing the relationship with independent auditors and investment institutions.
- Establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Must Have :
- Proven experience as Accounts & Finance Manager, or a senior managerial relevant role
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and financial management software (e.g. SAP and QuickBooks)
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CPA is a strong advantage.
