Roles and Responsibilities

  • A skilled Business Analyst will assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments.
  • He/she will identify problems and opportunities within the company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the company's goals.
  • The Business Analyst will create a detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for the company.
  • The individual should understand and apply IT standards, designs, and documentation standards into the recommended project artifacts.
  • He should possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualification requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration from a well-reputed institute with a CGPA of at least 2.8
  • Knowledge of the following subjects will be considered useful:
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Information Technology
  • Management Information Systems
  • Digital Marketing
  • Finance (generally related to planning and monitoring, defining business requirements, and reporting them properly)

The Business Analyst should possess:

  • Experience in terms of working with senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency in communication/interpersonal skills, good relationship building with relevant departments, smooth business communication at meetings, etc.
  • Good decision making, problem-solving, critical thinking, and quality management abilities
  • Proven analytical background
  • Advanced Excel skills
