Job Overview
Techline Pakistan is looking for Compliance Manager to join our dynamic compliance department.
n Ideal candidate will perform a range of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company and international industry processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
- Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
- Research regulatory compliance related to Customer Due Diligence, Know Your Customer and Anti-money laundering regulations world-wide.
- Monitor product compliance with reference to major data protection laws/ regulations in Europe and elsewhere.
- Formulation and documentation of policies/procedures.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and improvements in product security and data integrity according to leading Bureau of Standards (ISO, NIST etc.)
- Monitor filing, archiving and document control for the Compliance Team.
- Monitor compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager or similar position.
- Proven Knowledge of AML and KYC
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Great understanding of international regulation and procedures.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
