Job Description: We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative” to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered the firm’s front liner and you will deal with client inquiries and technical problems through online communication platforms.

Requirements:

  • Explain functions and procedures of software products to international clients.  
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports.
  • Walk customers through problem solving process.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
  • Recommend process and operational modification or improvements.
  • Coordinating with technical team and potential customers to understand the product in hand and market needs.

Skills:

  •  Proficiency in English with British or American accent.
  •  Excellent English writing skills.
  •  Strong communication skills.
  •  Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  •  Customer service orientation.
  •  Good communication and presentation skills.
  •  Proficiency as a Team Player.
  •  Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
  •  BS degree or equivalent.
