Job Overview :

We are looking for a “Human Resource Officer” as a core of the company success to develop and manage the company culture and system.

The task in the given role would be to manage all HR strategic functions and plans; along with directing, coordinating administrative functions while streamlining federal and state laws with organizational structure, employment practices and personnel policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures set by management.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective on boarding plans
  • Conduct orientation sessions of junior and technical staff
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Conduct reference checks of finalize potential job applicant.
  • Facilitate in conducting exit interviews of resigned employees
  • Responsible for updating resume database and employee database on continuous basis
  • Advise management on sound practices in the areas of employee relations recruitment, career development, training, compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct market survey’s related to market-based compensation structure and employee benefits.
  • Maintain personnel records of all employees of the Company confidentially.
  • Update company rules and regulations.
  • Formulation of Company Personnel Rules and Regulations.
  • Leave Records Head Counting Counselling - To hold regular meetings with workers to resolve their problems.
  • In consultation with Manager HR, develop comprehensive training need assessments for all positions and maintain gap analysis.

Requirements:

  • 06 Months to 1 year experienced in IT industry 
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, reasoning, communication and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
