Job Description:
We are looking for a “Technical Content Writer” as skilled wordsmith to develop our digital product manuals, how-to guides, website help sections, journal articles guiding the end users through well-designed user interface text.
Work Experience: Working in similar role for 1-2 Years.
Salary Bracket: Market Competitive Salary.
Requirements:
- Study product samples and communicate with product designers and developers to gain maximum out of it.
- Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and exchange proper instructions. Organize and write supporting documents for products.
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.
- Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos.
- Standardize content across platforms and media.
- Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.
- Revise documents as new issues arise.
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications create and maintain the information architecture.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in technical writing in Computer Science field.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to details.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English or Journalism.
