Our Abbottabad Office is looking for Technical Support Representatives who can provide integration and technical support to our existing clients in order to be a Technical Support Representative.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Go through technical documentation and assist with customer queries
- Should be able to handle queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail and other web tool
- Should be quick to deliver answers
- Provide customers with a walk-through to help understand their problems
- Review back-office to troubleshoot any customer queries
- Liaison between Sales and Tech department to provide quick support
- Foresee customisation requirements by the customers and deal accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
- Willing to work in social hours considering the time zone differences
- Experienced in handling technical queries
- Highly Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Background in computer sciences
