An eCommerce subscription-based Tech Service provider is looking for a customer service executive to handle online contact via email and chat from company customers. We are looking for confident and service driven Customer Service Representatives with a professional attitude to resolve matters related to all inbound queries, complaints and support.

Essential important responsibilities

Must be able to work independently.

  1. Be able to liaise with company HQ and team members in the UK.
  2. Respond online via email/online website chat/social media interactions to resolve all queries related to product offerings and processes involved.
  3. Analyse customer interactions in form of reports to identify areas of improvements and further development.
  4. Take ownership of resolving matters with customers by asking appropriate colleagues and ensuring proper follow-ups.
  5. Standardize response management by creating frequently used templates and updating them when required
  6. Respond to all incoming emails
  7. ability to ascertain the reason for online contact by customer.
  8. Customer orientation and able to handle large volume of online contact
  9. Excellent communication
  10. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  11. Hands-on knowledge of Office tools like, outlook email, Excel, word etc.
  12. Ability to manage the company’s official social media pages, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.
  13. Excellent written communication skills

  1. Monday – Friday Working hours between 1pm – 9pm (as We are based within the UK the time difference is 4 hours)
