A start up eCommerce subscription-based Tech Service provider is looking for a Social media Marketing expert to run their Digital Marketing Departments by creating & maintaining online social media digital presence through campaigns and ads.

Minimum 5 years of experience for the position

Must be able to speak, read and write excellent English. Candidate will be part of a team.

In-depth essential important responsibilities

1. Ability to deliver best in class results with limited resources and budgets

2. In-depth knowledge of social media digital marketing ecosystem, and experience in executing paid and

organic performance campaigns with proven track of successfully executed campaigns.

3. implement a best-in-class social media strategy across paid and owned channels to help drive

awareness and consideration in our markets and meet our KPI’s.

4. Driving execution of user acquisition campaigns that support the company’s growth initiatives while

meeting budget requirements by close cooperation with local country marketing teams

5. Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across all relevant social media

channels

6. Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting

7. Working with legal & copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done / approved

8. Defining the strategy across paid social media channels, its execution and creative testing

9. Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization

10. Working with the marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to

ensure consistent brand messages

11. Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all social media channels

12. Work with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to drive better generation and integration of User

Generated Content into our global channels;

13. Produce manage content and be able to create ads for all YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and

other social media accounts

14. Create and maintain all the Social media marketing Ads across all social media platforms.

15. Produce reports and provide analysis for each marketing Ad across all social media platforms.

16. Be able to give timely reports for all campaigns, strategies and paid ads.

17. Manage the social media accounts.

18. Content ideation, creation and copy-writing across channels and website.

19. Use data-driven insights to optimise our digital strategy and channels

20. Develop new marketing ideas

21. Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns and strategies.

22. Liaise with marketing department to produce symmetrical content across each front.

23. Create and market our research and other content videos.

24. Apply the latest digital marketing techniques and stay up-to-date with external learning to stay on the

cutting edge

25. Liaise with other team members to ensure effective SEO

26. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

27. Manage email marketing campaigns

28. P&L accountability for all your campaigns

29. generate best possible revenue.

30. different ad formats and landing pages, and reporting on findings

31. Set the social direction for our seasonal global brand campaigns. Working across departments to

brief assets, create content and regularly report insights

32. Co-own the social media calendar and ensure all relevant product focuses, local nuances and

customer moments are accounted for

33. Work with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to drive better generation and integration of User

Generated Content into our global channels;

34. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and an analytics tool such as Adobe or Google

Analytics. Experience using a CMS and video editing a distinct advantage;

35. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,

Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Adobe Dreamweaver etc.

36. Must be able to speak read and write in English to communicate excellently.

Company Benefits

  1. Working hours Monday – Friday between 1pm – 9pm (as We are based within the UK the time difference is 4 hours).
