We are looking for talented people who have Excellent English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written) for a UK based company.
You will need to perform the following duties as a Dispatch/CSR.
•Dialling and Answering calls.
• Email handling
• Making Reports in Excel when asked

• Minimal American/British Accent with fluency
• Should know how to write an Email
• Must be Call Center Experienced
• Must be able to analyse and solve problems
• Should have good Decision Making Skills
