Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site surveying to gather accurate data for project planning and execution.
- Perform precise plot and land measurements to support construction design and development.
- Manage and control construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Develop and interpret construction design layouts, including maps and layout plans for various civil engineering projects.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate filing and documentation related to construction progress and site conditions.
- Lead and supervise a team of two personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring quality and timely completion of responsibilities.
- Utilize Building Information Modeling and civil engineering design software to enhance project visualization and accuracy.
- Apply structural analysis techniques to evaluate the integrity and feasibility of construction designs.
- Implement encroachment control measures to prevent unauthorized use of project sites and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools to track project metrics, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to coordinate site measurements and construction controls.
- Ensure all surveying and construction activities comply with legal and environmental standards.
